Banking Website
Client
Kingdom Bank
Overview
Kingdom Bank is a Christian bank with a growing digital presence. Their website had become a bottleneck: it no longer supported user journeys effectively, was difficult for internal teams to manage, and didn’t reflect the brand’s tone of trust and care. I led the product design work for a full website redesign and rebuild, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and a user-centred approach.
Problem
The existing site wasn’t optimised for conversion or user experience. Internally, teams found it inefficient to update and roll out changes. The challenge was to design a website that:
Put the audience front and centre.
Built trust through a professional yet Gospel-centred tone.
Prepared the bank for ongoing optimisation and experimentation.
My Role
Translated UX research insights into clear, accessible design solutions.
Collaborated with the brand agency to define and implement the digital brand.
Designed scalable user journeys and a component library aligned with business needs.
Partnered with developers to ensure smooth build and CMS efficiency.
Process
I worked closely with the UX designer to understand research findings from usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder workshops. My focus was on turning these insights into design flows and interfaces that improved clarity, accessibility, and conversion.
Alongside this, I collaborated with the bank’s brand agency to ensure the refreshed brand translated effectively online. This meant balancing professionalism with Kingdom Bank’s Gospel-centred ethos across layouts, components, and interactions.
Designs were iterated in regular feedback sessions, and I supported the build phase by providing specifications and ensuring GA4, SEO, and CRM integrations were considered from a design perspective.

Solution
A redesigned website on modern infrastructure.
Accessible, conversion-focused user journeys.
A digital brand identity rooted in trust, care, and professionalism.
CMS structures enabling the internal team to manage content efficiently.
Impact
The new site launched in July 2025 and delivered immediate improvements:
Clear, purpose-built journeys optimised for conversion.
More efficient internal workflows.
Strong performance scores, including Lighthouse green ratings.
Full visibility into performance through GA4 and CRM integrations.
A platform designed for continuous optimisation and experimentation.
Reflection
This project showed the value of collaboration: working with UX specialists to ground design in research and with brand partners to ensure digital expression reflected Kingdom Bank’s mission. It reinforced my approach of designing systems that are both accessible and scalable for long-term growth.
